1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using scenedance's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. scenedance provides an AI-powered platform for generating product imagery and short-form sales videos for e-commerce sellers.
2. Service Description
scenedance enables you to: upload product photos, reference videos, model images and product descriptions; generate platform-optimized product images (white background, lifestyle scenes, virtual models, batch & multi-angle outputs) for Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Taobao, JD, Pinduoduo, Temu, Coupang and other platforms; produce shoppable short videos through an AI workflow that includes 24-shot storyboard breakdown, per-shot keyframe images, voiceover script generation, and per-shot video rendering for TikTok, Douyin, Amazon, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and other channels; manage projects, asset libraries, presets and organizations; and operate within free, subscription, or credit-based plans.
3. Account Responsibilities
When you create a scenedance account, you agree to: provide accurate registration information; keep your credentials confidential; be responsible for all activity occurring under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; and not share your account with unauthorized parties.
4. Your Content & License
You retain full ownership of: product photos, reference videos and other materials you upload; product descriptions, prompts and configurations you create; and AI-generated images, storyboards, voiceover scripts and videos produced through your account. By using the service you grant scenedance a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, render and process your content solely to operate the service for you (including forwarding it to the third-party AI providers you select). You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded materials do not infringe any law, intellectual property right, publicity right or third-party agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use scenedance to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; generate or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, trademark, publicity or privacy rights of others; produce sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content; impersonate real persons (including using a real person's likeness as a virtual model without authorization); attempt to bypass usage quotas, credit limits, or platform compliance checks; reverse engineer the service, scrape data, or interfere with infrastructure; or generate content that violates the terms of any downstream platform (Amazon, TikTok, etc.) on which you intend to publish it.
6. AI-Generated Output
scenedance integrates third-party AI providers — including DeepSeek, Doubao Seedream, Gemini, DALL·E, Flux, Stability, Seedance, Veo, HappyHorse and others — selected by your administrator on the "Scenario Models" configuration page. AI-generated images, storyboards, scripts and videos are provided "as-is" without guarantee of accuracy, originality, non-infringement, or fitness for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking and complying with platform rules before publishing or commercially using AI outputs. Different jurisdictions may have different rules regarding AI-generated content disclosure; you are responsible for complying with them.
7. Subscription, Credits and Payment
scenedance offers free, subscription and pay-as-you-go credit plans. For paid plans: subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle; credit packs are billed at time of purchase; you must keep a valid payment method on file; we may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice for active subscribers; refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law; downgrading or cancelling a plan may result in loss of access to premium features and unused credits at the end of the billing period.
8. Organizations & Sharing
If you create or join an organization on scenedance: the organization owner manages membership, roles and billing; projects, assets and generated content created within an organization may be shared with members based on the assigned permissions and project share settings; leaving an organization does not transfer ownership of personal projects you created outside it; the organization owner is responsible for organization-level billing and for the conduct of all members within the organization.
9. Intellectual Property
scenedance, its software, UI, branding, documentation and original content are owned by scenedance and protected by intellectual property laws. The "scenedance" name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission. Third-party AI providers retain their own intellectual property rights in their underlying models and APIs.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and may experience downtime from third-party AI providers, infrastructure providers, or force majeure events. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, scenedance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, sales, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the service or AI-generated outputs. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may close your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination: your right to use the service ceases immediately; we will retain your data for 30 days to allow recovery; after 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of scenedance after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which scenedance operates. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection law.
